This ultra-thin fire extinguishing film evenly coats a nanocapsule-based micro-fire extinguishing agent on the film surface. Upon detecting heat or flame, the capsules rupture instantly, releasing the extinguishing agent, automatically and powerlessly extinguishing the initial fire. Supplied in roll form, it can be cut and laminated to the required length and width to suit your facility's needs.
Nanocapsule fire extinguishing film is manufactured with an ultra-thin structure less than 2mm thick. When heat is detected, the capsules on the film surface rupture instantly, releasing the fire extinguishing agent to automatically extinguish the initial fire. This process is completely passive, requiring no power, sensors, or separate devices, making it suitable for reliable application within electrical and electronic devices.
The film is precisely coated with nanocapsule extinguishing agent of uniform thickness, minimizing agent loss and leaving almost no residue after operation, significantly reducing device contamination and maintenance burden.
It has high flexibility and can be easily attached to bendable wiring, cables, small electronic components, and complex curved structures, making it ideal for fire risk areas such as narrow gaps, curved surfaces, and confined spaces that are difficult to protect with conventional fire extinguishing devices.
The product is supplied in bulk in roll form , ready for immediate application to automated production lines. It can be easily cut and slit to meet customer needs for width and length. OEM and ODM options are also supported, enabling a wide range of applications tailored to a variety of industrial environments.
