Nano Capsule Fire Suppression Film
Nanocapsule digestive film (roll type)
Supplied in bulk roll form, it's ready for automated production. It can be easily cut and slit to meet customer needs, including width and length. OEM and ODM options are also supported, enabling a wide range of applications tailored to a variety of industrial environments.
Nanocapsule fire extinguishing film is manufactured with an ultra-thin structure less than 2mm thick. When heat is detected, the capsules on the film surface rupture instantly, releasing the fire extinguishing agent to automatically extinguish the initial fire. This process is completely passive, requiring no power, sensors, or separate devices, making it suitable for reliable application within electrical and electronic devices.
The film is precisely coated with nanocapsule extinguishing agent of uniform thickness, minimizing agent loss and leaving almost no residue after operation, significantly reducing device contamination and maintenance burden.

Special nanocapsules automatically rupture and release a fire extinguishing agent when the temperature inside the outlet rises abnormally. With no power source, sensors, or batteries, there's no breakdown or maintenance required.
It can be easily installed even in tight outlet spaces , without requiring any changes to the existing product's installation structure. It can also be applied inside various devices, such as power strips, leakage circuit breakers, and distribution boxes.
The sprayed nano-extinguishing agent leaves virtually no residue, minimizing the risk of electrical damage to outlets and equipment.
Even if the power is not turned off and no one is present, it is very effective in preventing fires at night or when no one is present, as it automatically controls initial risks such as overheating and sparks.

The capsule structure is maintained stable under normal conditions, but automatically bursts and releases the drug when a certain temperature is reached, implementing a passive (non-powered) fire extinguishing method.

A small yet powerful 1g micro fire capsule safely protects a 3-liter space. With nano-level precision, it extends safety even further, even to unseen areas.
