It automatically detects fire and suppresses the initial fire. NAFEX Nano Capsule Fire Extinguishing Pads are ultra-compact fire suppression solutions that operate automatically without human intervention in the event of a fire. They react immediately at the point of ignition to rapidly suppress initial fires and effectively prevent their spread into large-scale blazes.
It reacts immediately upon detecting heat using nanocapsule technology. Inside the product, microcapsules (pyro-capsules) approximately 1/10 the size of a human hair are applied. When the ambient temperature reaches about 120–130°C, the capsules rupture, and an eco-friendly fire extinguishing agent is automatically sprayed to rapidly suppress the fire.
It minimizes damage by blocking the initial fire. The extent of damage is determined by how effectively a response is taken within minutes of a fire breaking out. NAFEX automatically sprays extinguishing agents at the early stage of ignition to cut off oxygen and generate a cooling effect, effectively suppressing the spread of fire.
It can be cut to the desired size. The product can be freely cut to fit the installation environment. It offers excellent versatility as it can be applied in various specifications to match the size of the space requiring protection.
It is an automatic fire extinguishing solution that complements the limitations of conventional fire extinguishers. While conventional fire extinguishers require manual operation, NAFEX activates automatically immediately upon detecting a fire.
